• DiggerLid use Australia Post to ship items unless arranged otherwise.
• Australian orders below $80 and international orders below $200 are calculated by Australia Post live shipping rates.
• WE PASS OUR AUSTRALIA POST DISCOUNTS ONTO OUR CUSTOMERS!
• Orders within Australia over $80 are awarded the option of FREE shipping*
• Same day dispatch on orders before 12PM (AEST)
• All orders are provided with a tracking number.
• We thankyou for your patience but please delay enquiries related to late postage as this is out of our control. We ensure you that missing parcels will be replaced but not while the parcel is still considered in transit.

* DiggerLid use Couriers to ship orders containing the DiggerShield product. The courier charge overrides the FREE shipping as these are a heavy & bulky item.

• Our international shipping terms are DAP
• DAP (Delivery - At - Place) is an internationally recognised shipping term. The seller is responsible for supplying the goods and shipping to the agreed delivery place (shipping address). The buyer is responsible for import clearance and formalities including payment of duties and taxes if applicable.
